We can produce profiles with a maximum circumscribed circle diameter of 324 mm.

Below - green The maximum dimensions into which the profile must fit are indicated.

The advantage of this work scheme is that we are fully responsible to our client for the quality and timing of completion. In addition, being the owners of unique technology finishing profile surface (anodizing), we understand what requirements must be placed on the alloy and the surface quality of the original profile, and we monitor the compliance of the parameters of the aluminum semi-finished product with these requirements, which is one of key points, ensuring high quality. The entire production cycle of aluminum profiles can be divided into three main stages.

1. DEVELOPMENT OF DRAWINGS AND OPTIMIZATION OF PROFILE PARAMETERS.

Includes the development of drawings and basic profile parameters in accordance with GOST (22233-2001, 8617-87, EN 755–2001 and EN 12020-2001.

Our designers together with technologists will make necessary calculations, adapt the profile configuration according to the price/quality parameter. Prepare everything
technical documentation. After creating the drawing, the price of the aluminum profile and tool (matrix kit) is calculated.

The cost of tools for aluminum profile extrusion depends on the size configuration, complexity and type of profile (hollow or solid) and is in the range from 900 €. Approximately 60% of the price of the matrix is the cost of high-quality steel grade W 302, the rest is the cost of mechanical processing, aging, packaging and logistics.

We issue an invoice for an advance payment of 100% of the cost of the prototype aluminum profile, including the cost of the matrix tool. At the same time, we send you a drawing of the future aluminum profile. You agree on it or make adjustments.

2. MANUFACTURE OF TOOLS AND SAMPLES.

The tool production time in compliance with the technology is 15-25 working days. After manufacturing the matrix, we begin making prototypes. We perform crimping on the new tool (matrix) and correct it. The production time for prototypes is from 5 to 10 working days after manufacturing the matrix.

Compliance of the finished profile with the requirements of the drawing is checked by our quality control department and gives its conclusion on suitability. Next, we transfer the sample to you and, after your approval, we send the matrix tool for hardening (nitriding) to increase the service life.

3. MANUFACTURE OF AN INDUSTRIAL BATCH OF ALUMINUM PROFILE.

To order a batch of aluminum profiles, it is necessary to determine the required and optimal length and decorative coating (,). Orders are accepted for work from 500 kg.

The production process (extrusion) takes from 10 to 30 calendar days. This is primarily due to production technology and production plan. Extrusion technology makes it possible to make an aluminum profile with a length of 30-50 meters, but the conditions of heat treatment, packaging, transportation and further processing optimized its dimensions from 3.0 to 7.0 meters.

Anodizing or painting according to the RAL scale takes from 5 to 15 working days. We deliver by our own transport or through transport companies. Pickup is carried out from a warehouse in Maloyaroslavets.

Additional processing of profiles and production of parts on CNC machines is possible:

  • powder painting according to GOST 22233-2001, GOST 9.402-80, 9.410-88, Qualicoat, etc.,
  • decoration,
  • anodizing according to GOST 9.303-84,
  • cutting (straight, at an angle),

The Aluma company is ready to offer you the production of any, including complex aluminum translucent structures.

Areas of application

Many are accustomed to the fact that the production of aluminum structures is limited to two common areas. Most often we are talking about the manufacture of either windows or doors. However, weight, ductility and decorative qualities aluminum greatly expand the scope of its application in the most various fields. Here are just a few common options where you can use translucent structures made of aluminum profiles.

  • Winter gardens. In the manufacture of aluminum structures of this type, translucent materials are additionally used. A winter garden can be arranged in a private house or cottage, or made part of an administrative building or educational institution.
  • Atriums. In this case, an aluminum frame will allow you to create harmonious image the rounded part of the building to which the floor corridors will adjoin. The production of aluminum atriums is possible in private residences, office buildings of large companies, and shopping centers.
  • Anti-aircraft lights. The manufacture of structures from aluminum profiles is in demand for purely utilitarian purposes. Namely, to provide the building with an additional flow of natural light. Aluminum profile of complex shape allows rational use of energy resources.
  • Post-transom, structural and semi-facades. They differ from traditional solutions in the way they are manufactured and in their location. In the production of aluminum structures for facades, translucent elements are used various shapes, and the profile can be painted in any shade from the RAL catalog.
  • Partitions. Most often, office owners order the production of aluminum profile structures. Translucent doors can be installed in them.

A complex aluminum profile allows you to create smooth and sharp transitions, bends, turns, and visors during the manufacturing process. By combining them in various ways, you can bring to life solutions of amazing beauty and functionality.

Possibilities for effective use of aluminum structures

The production of custom-made aluminum structures and their subsequent installation at sites can effectively solve several problems at once:

  • allows for rational use of energy resources– when aluminum is complemented with glass or double glazed windows, it becomes possible to provide a room with maximum number natural light;
  • protects against ultraviolet radiation– this is possible if special multifunctional glass is inserted into the aluminum profile;
  • saves heating and air conditioning costs– a similar effect is achieved by complex aluminum structures using low-emissivity glass.

Physico-chemical features of aluminum profile

The profile, in the production of which this lightweight and practical material was used, is very durable - it can last up to 70 years or more if the operating recommendations are followed. Thus, the production of aluminum structures can be considered a profitable investment. Moreover, throughout its entire service life, this material is able to maintain its original characteristics. Aluminum is not subject to corrosion and tolerates contact with water well. It is not characterized by critical thermal expansion, it does not deform under conditions of sudden changes in temperature and humidity. Aluminum is also very ductile, so it can easily accept given form. This is especially important for design engineers and designers who use this property for their own purposes - bending it, making turns and achieving non-standard shapes.

Our offer

In the manufacture of aluminum structures, Aluma specialists use raw materials from reliable suppliers. On our production lines Imported equipment was installed (Germany, Italy). The quality of finished aluminum products is confirmed by certificates, declarations and other permitting documentation. The direct design and manufacture of structures made from aluminum profiles is carried out by a team of professionals, whose experience includes more than one difficult decision. What kind of double-glazed windows should be made? These tables are equally applicable both for facades and for windows, doors, partitions...

ALUMINUM OR PLASTIC?

When deciding this issue, you cannot be guided only by the cost of the product. When choosing a product, you should consider climatic conditions conditions in which this product will be used, the period of its guaranteed operation, and the conditions for caring for it.

Obviously, each material has its own characteristics and disadvantages. Below I will try to give an objective assessment of both types.

Advantages of plastic systems:

The plastic profile used in these products is made on the basis of polyvinyl chloride polymers (PVC). The main advantage of the material is its lightness. At the same time, the windows are not blown through, like our good old familiar wooden frames... The advantage of plastic systems is their relatively low cost (compared to aluminum systems, plastic is ~20% cheaper).

Disadvantages of plastic systems:

PVC, from which the profile of plastic systems is made, is a strong carcinogen that emits harmful and toxic gas, even in small concentrations, when burned. After a few years, plastic structures, under the influence of the external environment, lose their original appearance (loss of color, delamination) and become deformed, as a result of which blowing, leakage and freezing of the structures are possible. The scope of application of plastic systems is limited: it is impossible to produce, for example, a building facade or an armored stained glass window. Due to the low resistance of plastic mechanical stress It is not possible to install any anti-burglary devices. PVC structures must be reinforced with reinforcing steel or aluminum profiles. So, about the benefits plastic structures this can only be discussed when compared with standard Russian wood products.

Advantages of aluminum systems:

Aluminum structures have significantly higher performance characteristics, more durable and more economical in total operating costs. They do not warp, they do not emit any carcinogen, they can be painted in any color, they are structurally stronger, they are easier to install in openings (since double-glazed windows are installed after installation). Coating applied to the profile using powder coating in an electrostatic field, retains its original appearance for up to 60 years! Structures made from aluminum profiles last more than 80 years and are practically impervious to the external environment, and after completing their service life they can be handed over for money to a non-ferrous metals collection point.

Systems in aluminum structures provide:

thermal insulation from 2.6K to 3.5K depending on the series used

air tightness class A3

waterproof class E3

sound insulation Rw 39 Db when glazing with single-chamber double-glazed windows

Disadvantages of aluminum systems:

Despite all their advantages, aluminum systems have one drawback: due to the high thermal conductivity of “cold” aluminum, condensation may form on the internal surfaces of the frame during the cold season. However, this feature does not manifest itself in any way when using systems of aluminum profiles with a thermal bridge (see below).

Another disadvantage (if it can be called a disadvantage) is the higher cost compared to PVC profile frames and standard wooden frames.

PROFILE WITH THERMAL BRIDGE

As mentioned above, during the cold season, condensation may form on products made of aluminum profiles (see figure). Even a multi-chamber profile cannot guarantee its occurrence, since it has a solid (inextricable structure) and, thus, does not contain thermal insulation components.

In a profile with a thermal bridge, the outer and inner chambers are separated by a special profile made of heat-insulating material. This profile acts as a thermal barrier and prevents cooling inner chamber and, consequently, the formation of condensation in a warm environment.

The pictures above show the cross-section of aluminum profiles ELVIAL systems, including profiles of both types. Note the three seal perimeters.***

AGS 150 Series

Brief description of system profiles

The AGS 150 series profile system is intended for the production of building facades, winter gardens and translucent ceilings.

The basis of the “AGS 150” series are aluminum profiles of mullions and crossbars with a visible width of 60 and 50 mm. Based on this system, it is possible to create: vertical facades, both flat and curved different angles; sloping roofs; domes and other spatial structures.

The AGS 150 series includes a number of profiles of racks and crossbars with different dimensions, which allows you to implement various options facades and translucent coatings. The variety of shapes of decorative covers allows you to diversify appearance facades.

The criteria by which the method of constructing a facade is determined - element-by-element, mullion-transom or mixed - are based on the construction and physical parameters of the building and must be determined at the design stage. The introduction of compensation struts into the façade design allows for element-by-element assembly of the façade and compensation for temperature expansion.

The AGS 150 series can be built into the façade Various types windows of the AGS 68, AGS 68E series, doors of the AGS 50 and AGS 68 series, installation is also possible dormer window. The design of the facade allows the installation of double-glazed windows or sandwich panels up to 48 mm thick.

All mullion and crossbar profiles have grooves in the area where the glass unit is installed, which serve to ventilate the area of the glass unit rebate and remove moisture from it. The third and fourth groups of profiles have cavities for draining condensate from inner surface double-glazed windows, such profiles can be used in the construction of inclined surfaces (roofs) of buildings with high humidity(swimming pools, greenhouses, etc.), these profiles are easily combined with group II profiles, from which the vertical façade elements are made.

Thermal separation of the facade structure is carried out by installing thermal breaking inserts (one or two depending on the group of profiles used) made of polymer materials.

The AGS150 series is certified; the use of a polyamide thermal break section and EPDM seals allows it to achieve a reduced heat transfer resistance of 0.43 mS/W.

Glazing, as well as installation of panels of window blocks and doors, is carried out from the outside using rubber (elastomer) seals and aluminum clamps, which are fastened with screws from of stainless steel. On the outside, the clamps are closed with decorative covers. The strength calculation of each specific façade structure is carried out during its design.

Of this series of profiles, I am attracted only to a few, with the help of which it is possible to quite simply connect glass roofs to vertical walls, and hatches.

Conventional racks require cutting out the edges to install crossbars in them, which involves unexpected replacement of racks when the position of the crossbars may change. In my practice, this happens in 15% of the total number of orders.

Profiles FW 50 have a narrow front surface only 50mm. Crossbars and racks are available for various static loads. A variety of aesthetic designs of outer shells allows you to give the structure the desired appearance. The FW 50 system is primarily intended for the construction of facades, entrance areas, canopies and inclined glazing. There are special profiles for designing corners of interfaces with walls and already constructed foundations, for integrated hinged or bottom-hung sashes that are invisible from the outside, as well as special elements for fastening facades.

Option to manufacture a hatch from “our” profile. How much will a structure made from a Shuco or Reynaers profile cost?

Systems of architectural and construction profiles CITYprof produced by Kamensk Ural Metallurgical Plant.

When choosing profiles for production at KUMZ Initially, the possibility of producing the NEW TEC Gastaldello sistemi S.r.l. system under license was considered. However, due to the systems’ non-compliance with the requirements of SNiP II-3−79* Construction heating engineering for most climatic zones Russia, as well as due to the specific NEW TEC fittings, a decision was made in favor of developing new systems.

The development of the systems began in February 1997 with R&D to develop a “warm” profile system. The location of the plant in the Urals and the proximity of Siberia influenced the high requirements for the developer to achieve the required high thermal insulating properties of the designed systems, while maintaining an acceptable cost of the structures. As a result, a system appeared - the prototype of the current CITYprof 62. By the summer, “cold” stained glass and sliding systems, integrated with the “warm” one, were developed.

In June 1997, the implementation of developments began directly at the plant. Since for the production of a “warm” system the problems with the production and purchase of glass-polyamide insulators still had to be resolved, first of all the profiles of the “cold systems” CITYprof 45 and the sliding CITYprof 40 were produced. In December 1997, a powder coating line was launched, and a minimum set was mastered profiles.

In January 1998, a trial “rolling” of thermal insulators into “warm” profiles took place, and in March their mass production began.

The figures for the reduced thermal resistance of the system declared during the design were subsequently confirmed by certification tests in Russia and calculations in Germany.

Profile system FS-55, CITYprof 55

First, a little history. The Cityprof façade profile system appeared on the Russian market about three years ago; before it, there were no high-quality developments of aluminum systems, and profiles were mostly imported from abroad. I myself worked with INDINVEST GOLD-400, −600, FENYS, SARAY, ALKAN, NEWTEC, ALUK, ARSLAN, CHUODAR-OU, PA systems, as a production manager. And I remember very well that, apart from the Turkish lightweight facade series, there were no more cheap profiles in Moscow, and we also imported Turkish ones from abroad.

Below, as an example, is a cross-section of a rack-mounted façade profile FS-55 (AK-002−53), and next to it is a rack K-800, K-802, K-809... of the AlukSL-60 façade series. Even the rubber bands are the same...

Right: K 800 series racks made from Italian ALUK profile.

EPDM seal AG 55.01.02 Working thickness 11 mm

As you can see, the TWO SYSTEMS are almost the same, except for the different thickness of the profiles (60mm for ALUK and 55mm for CITYPROF). Therefore, I claim that the façade series of the Samara plant FS-55 is the most best option for use in shop windows, facades, and not too complex winter gardens. The profile is sold from a warehouse in the Moscow region, and rubber seals are sold at OBNINSKGAZPOLIMER or they can be purchased together with the profile, although this is more expensive.

Below are photographs; objects from ALUK and Cityprof profiles.

The KUMZ plant offers this design option for roof ridges or semicircular bay windows.

Sliding structures series C 640

Series sliding structures C 640 was developed using modern design methods. This series is characterized by high competitive cost and technical indicators due to the dimensions of the profile used. Specifications:

Profile extruded from aluminum alloy 6063 (UNE 38.337) and anodized by anodic oxidation or electrically spray-painted in various colors.

Installation of double-glazed windows up to 16 mm thick is allowed.

The special design of the frame profile with guides for the wheels ensures improved sliding of the sash and prevents bearing wear.

A large number of additional profile types to solve various installation problems.

Allows the production of products with a reduced number of profile types, or a perimetric type, for example, when only one profile is used for the frame.

Today, the range of architectural and construction profiles produced by KUMZ is represented by four systems:

CITYprof 40M

For glazing balconies and loggias with sliding doors on rollers.

Warm doors made from KUMZ profiles are obtained at a higher cost than those made from coplanar profiles of the NewTec 68 system, there are many auxiliary components made of aluminum - reversible fasteners, a rebate, specific elastic bands... Not technologically advanced.

SCHUCO

I will not give drawings from the companies SHUCO and TATPROF, because they are well known to everyone. Below is what is published by the companies
Production: SCHUCO, Germany.
Technical characteristics of window and door profiles: frame profile thickness: 50−75 mm. sash profile thickness: 50−75 mm. glazing: glass/packages with a thickness of 4 to 52 mm.
Design features:

  • three-chamber profile structure of frames and sashes; (AGS and Aluk have the same thing)
  • thermal break made of polyamide, polythermite; (AGS and Aluk have the same thing)
  • from 2 to 4 sealing contours around the perimeter of the frame and sash, the middle seal is very powerful;
  • seal material EPDM rubber mixture; (AGS and Aluk have the same thing)
  • channels for condensate drainage; Internal aluminum inserts at the hinge fastening points.

SK 60 Thermally insulated aluminum structure for glass roofs with large spans without intermediate supports. Front profile width even in corner connections is 60 mm, the structural width meets the static requirements. Using the SK 60 system, almost all types of floors can be made: from pitched roof to complex geometric frames, such as pyramids or polygons. This system is also suitable for the construction of arched ceilings. This system for glass roof construction is equipped with integrated condensation water outlets to reliably prevent possible fogging. Ventilation and air extraction are possible thanks to sliding or folding flaps integrated into the roof structure.

Consumer analysis

The problem of “cold” is solved by connecting the profiles with a particularly durable insulating thermal bridge. This is when the outer and inner sides of the aluminum frame are separated by heat-insulating pads, and the outside cold does not reach inside frames, and internal heat does not escape outside. A smooth change in temperature along the thickness of the profile prevents the formation of condensation. All elements are weather resistant. In addition to protection from wind loads on the upper floors of buildings, heavy rain, and cold, reliable protection against burglary is provided.

SCHUCO windows consist of internal and external aluminum profiles and can withstand heavy loads. Frames can be painted in any of the colors offered in the catalog, including valuable species tree. The coating is extremely durable: powder enamel with heat treatment or anodizing. Such windows are beautiful, light, durable, they do not rust or rot.

Window fittings provide convenient one-handed turning and tilt-and-turn opening of sashes. An attractive new generation of sliding windows and doors.

ALUK system

<Здесь и ниже — две разные по толщине серии тёплых профилей ALUK.

TT 55

As you can see, there is practically no difference with the AGS-NewTec profile. Corner crackers can be twisted or pressed.

There is nothing complicated, everything is primitive to the point of banality - exactly what is required for the average customer.

Studying the specification of a double-leaf warm door from Tatprof, I was somewhat confused - according to the nomenclature, about 80 names of various components were used! I am not belittling the dignity of the system (after all, it is a copy of SHUKO), but I also cannot help but notice that this is precisely why the system has not found wide distribution. You can argue with me, but it’s easier to turn to statistics...

Sections of profiles of the SL-60 Aluk system.

There are general principles for constructing aluminum structures: they are the same for all systems. Therefore, there is no need to limit yourself to just one, let the optimal choice be possible, and everyone will find their own. But when choosing, we must not forget about technology - the more complex the system, the longer the time for assembly in the workshop and installation on site: and therefore more expensive.

Bottom line

I had to work with different profiles of different companies. For the most part, these were “not our” systems. But don’t consider me a supporter of everything foreign Nowadays, facade profiles are used from a domestic manufacturer due to the high costs of imported ones: for example, German or Italian. Above, I stated in the comments my personal point of view on this or that system. My opinion did not take shape in a year, or two, I managed to work in this field of activity, starting with the installation of structures made in Turkey. It was 1995. I learned everything from the Turks who came to Moscow to install aluminum structures, sometimes we had to redo what they sent us... Then the workshop... recruited and taught others... organized production, delved into the intricacies, understood the drawings... And I will say unequivocally, The most convenient and high-quality façade system (for the money) is Samara FS-55, from sliding systems - Spanish Provedal from any Russian plant, cold doors can be made from profiles KUMZ-45, Provedal P-400 and NewTec 50, warm windows from , ALUK®, AllCO or similar.

You can, of course, use SHUCO and ALUK and Reynaers, INDINVEST and HUECK, THYSSEN, etc. ,. ... but structures made from these systems will obviously be more expensive than from Russian profiles!

I periodically had to communicate with customers on technical issues, discussing the configuration, principle and production time, and I will say that now even large banks, in order to make a small internal partition, bombard up to ten companies with fax requests, where they are interested not only in the price, but also in the thickness of the walls profile. The more diverse the systems from which the glazing is assembled, the more versatile the company.

Aluminum glazing of facades

The construction company "Alpika" provides glazing with aluminum profiles on a turnkey basis. Our own design bureau and production allow us to implement the most complex and non-standard ideas of architects. Aluminum profile structures are widely used for glazing building facades, skylights, domes, atriums and other structures.

What is aluminum glazing?

Today, aluminum profile glazing of window structures and building facades can be found literally everywhere. In facade construction, both panoramic and strip forms of glazing are widely used, participating in the aesthetic arrangement of the appearance of buildings.

Due to the fact that aluminum facade structures have resistance to corrosion of materials, as well as high-quality thermal insulation and reinforced locking fittings, such glazing is rightfully recognized as one of the most practical and popular methods of arranging facades.

A reliable and high-strength frame, made of lightweight and flexible aluminum, is assembled using horizontal crossbars and vertical racks, which are fixed in the openings. Next, crossbars are mounted on the vertical posts. This facade glazing design is known to builders as a mullion-transom system.

In practice, there are also two types of mullion and transom systems: structural and semi-structural systems. They are distinguished by the partial or complete absence of decorative covers. Here, the external openings between the double-glazed windows are securely closed with silicone sealant. It visually creates the effect of a glass monolith in the wall of the building.

Types of glazing systems using aluminum profiles

The supporting structure consists of vertical posts and horizontal crossbars attached to them. The aluminum base is hidden behind glass - only the decorative profile is visible from the outside.

It consists of ready-to-install module elements that are manufactured in production, and then delivered to the site and mounted on prepared brackets.

Window and door systems

Glass panels are encased in thin aluminum frames, which makes the design stylish and elegant.

Sliding systems

Rollers are attached to the double-glazed windows, and slides are attached to the profile. Each glass panel can move independently of the others. Sliding systems are internal and external, “warm” and “cold”.

Interior glazing

Designer glazing indoors: glass partitions, interior doors and windows, fences for elevator shafts, stairs, upper floors.

Glass
High-tech facades are professional combination impeccably beautiful architecture and energy efficiency of the building. Where the basic components of such facade systems are profile guides and glass arrays. Such designs cope with power loads, atmospheric influences, have high mechanical strength for a long time. Design calculation ensures ideal execution of construction - installation work. Where the frame structure has individual standard sizes suitable for a specific structure.

Types of glass used when glazing the facade of a building using aluminum: sheet, patterned, polished, reinforced, multilayer, armored, fire-resistant, tempered, sun-protective, with a soft, hard coating. Glass block elements can be designed as single or double glazed units, providing 100% sealing and protection of the building envelope from corrosion.

Aluminum profile
Innovative solutions also affected metal structures - support frames for fastening. When glazing with aluminum profiles, we use an improved aluminum alloy that is absolutely resistant to chemical and mechanical influences. In all structures with aluminum glazing, all connections are calculated taking into account the rules and regulations, and taking into account possible deformations from various loads. Such technologies used: frame, mullion-transom, structural, semi-structural, modular, frameless, offer each customer greater variability in the execution of their plans.

Stages of aluminum facade glazing of buildings

1 Design of translucent structures

The preliminary stage of work on glazing a building with aluminum profiles involves a geodetic survey of the area, including the entire range of necessary measurements of the object. Next, based on the calculated data and their adjustments with the customer, an initial (draft) sketch of the future translucent structure is created. An approximate cost estimate is attached to it. As a rule, the preparatory sketch is carried out in several working versions. The design process is completed at the project approval stage, when engineering calculations have been completed and the necessary package of construction documentation has been prepared.

2 Production of translucent structures

The production stage of the construction of façade glazing systems includes the assembly of profiles that undergo preliminary preparation. It consists in the use of anodizing and extrusion technologies, with subsequent processes of cutting, welding, and also the formation of the necessary technological holes. Here the glass is cut and drilled. If desired by the customer, the surface of the glass can be laminated. Then follows professional assembly the entire structure. Next, a layer of powder paint will be applied to the profile. The work includes equipping the system with special thermal inserts and spacers.

The Alpika company provides aluminum glazing services quickly and efficiently office buildings, prestigious business centers. We specialize in design and installation work façade glazing from aluminum profiles at low prices, because we are the direct manufacturer of this profile.

The price depends on their configuration. The cost of each project is calculated individually and depends on following parameters: type of profile used, type of double-glazed windows, production and transportation costs, volume and complexity of installation work, etc.
