The problem is this: when the fill valve is closed, water still continues to flow into the system, as a result of which the pressure in the heating system increases and liquid is discharged through the safety valve. The faucet has been tested and holds perfectly.

Make the pressure in the expansion tank 0.8. when you drain the water from the boiler for this, pay attention to the readings of the pressure gauge in the boiler. when the pressure is released, it should show 0 bar (not 0.9 or even 0.5-0.6). If it doesn’t go to zero, it means it’s dirty. There is no need to make any adjustments when replacing sensors. when you check, pump 1.3 bar into the heating system. (if the batteries have not yet cooled down, then 1.5) Focus on the readings of the electronic pressure gauge in the boiler.
