I know about the company firsthand, since I live and the construction site is in Mytishchi; I had to visit the company’s office more than once before the start of construction, during work on the project, and after completion of construction, to discuss further finishing work and on the project engineering communications. Moreover, we came to them on the recommendation of my neighbors: they built a house from timber in 2014. I have never met such conscientious and honest people in Moscow! Of course, not everything was smooth in the construction: the weather took its toll, the deadlines had to be shifted, but not a single specialist from the company refused me my wishes, they gave answers to all my tricky questions! The wood is truly Arkhangelsk, they harvest it in the Arkhangelsk region, I can say this for sure - my husband and I were not too lazy to go to the production site. Arriving at the site, I saw a built house with windows and doors, with the site heavily polluted with construction waste and waste products of builders. Due to my illness, I was tolerant of the shortcomings of the building, believing the words of the workers that they would fix everything and make it even better. I always wanted to live in my own private house. I was looking for a company for a very long time so that I wouldn’t be deceived, I’m a single woman and it was important to entrust someone with such a big deal for me.. I personally visited many companies in Moscow and the Moscow region, visited a huge number projects under construction, but none of them impressed me. Nothing that was offered to me suited me. We spent a very long time communicating with this company and its management. But in the end they decided to refuse cooperation. Let's talk about everything in order. From the point of view of the culture of working with clients, one of the the best companies on the construction of wood that caught my eye. They are ready to spend time, persuade, give small gifts, have good self-control, provide an approximate estimate with high quality and upon request, conduct calculations, explain their technologies and work procedures, have discounts, are ready to change the basic Agreement and, to some extent, adapt to the Client. There is practically no “pressure”, as is often practiced in sales: stories that “everything will be great”, “let’s hurry up”, “come and we’ll close the deal right away” - a minimum amount. From a sales point of view - a four plus. As for directly professional work, here questions and details begin that dramatically spoil everything. - Delivery is carried out in 3-4 visits. Separately logs (1-2 machines), separately boards (necessarily a separate machine), separately workers. Why the Client should pay separately for the delivery of workers is unclear. When you call a plumber to your home, does he issue you a separate bill for the fact that he came like this? - The cost of consumables is overstated (about 30,000 rubles according to the estimate), the estimate for consumables is the most general, which for some unknown reason includes parts of working tools (chains, saws, drills), the dowel is included again (which is also included in the main estimate) and, finally, the most amazing thing is the tools themselves (staplers, tape measures...). What then do builders get paid for if they need to be delivered at the expense of the Customer (1) and provided with tools partially at the expense of the Customer (2) is a question. They say for professionalism and experience. But the question arises: what kind of professionals are they if they travel around objects without parts for their own tools? - There is no adequate information on the site. The workers explain that all prices and information on the sites are a “marketing ploy.” They have several sites. On each site - different conditions, prices and data. Example: on one of the sites Working Documentation is indicated at the rate of 50 rubles per sq.m., that is, if the house is 70 sq.m. RD should cost 3500. However, suddenly, there is a saying that it is at least 5000 rubles. OK. But then it turns out that this price is invalid and is generally calculated based on one of the three volumes. Why not write about this on the website? Because it’s a “marketing ploy” ;) It was funny when we noticed and wrote to them that the prices on one of their sites were sharply different from the other. We received an explanation that this is, they say, with special conditions. Yes, this enticement is actively used in our sales (ALWAYS read carefully what you sign, because such enticements are quite legal), but the prices on the “problem” site suddenly changed immediately after our letter. Magic;) - telephone numbers in Arkhangelsk. Salespeople claim that they have own production in Arkhangelsk. If you search the TIN database on the Internet, then yes (although in some places the year does not coincide with the declared one). However, it was not possible to reach any of the phone numbers listed on the websites. I would like to wish the company transparency and understanding that the telephone service and websites are the face of the company. You cannot fail in communication, you cannot publish knowingly incomplete and invalid information on websites. As for the work, I think everyone understands that income is built into the cost of the work per cube, when in small ways they try to smuggle workers’ tools into the Customer’s hands, their delivery to the work site and count them twice for the same items, this makes a bad impression. Do not do it this way. Although, with our consumer culture, doing business with omissions and in the dark is, alas, almost the norm.
