Of course, Caesar is a divine miracle, and especially its secret is in the right sauce. We will need:

  • chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • lettuce leaves
  • cheese - 100 g
  • bread - 2 slices
  • mustard - 1 tbsp
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • vinegar and olive oil to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:

1. Wash the lettuce leaves well in water, then dry them with dry napkins to remove excess moisture. Make croutons from pieces of bread or loaf, cut the bread into arbitrary cubes and fry them in the oven, that is, dry them. You can use ready-made crackers from the store.

3. Now fry the resulting aromatic pieces in a frying pan with vegetable oil.

4. In order to get a real Caesar, you need to prepare the sauce, you can buy a store-bought version, or again choose an option that suits your budget. Crush the garlic or pass it through a press, then add mustard, stir, add 4-5 tbsp olive oil. l and vinegar essence 0.5 tsp. The aromatic sauce is ready, move it aside and let it sit.

5. Now add the egg yolk and beat the mixture with a whisk.

6.The next step is to finely grate the cheese and cut the chicken into long pieces.

7. Take a beautiful dish or tray and place lettuce leaves on it in a circle. Then lay out all the ingredients: chopped meat, crackers, sprinkle with cheese.

Simple salad with chicken and mushrooms

In this dish, all the ingredients seem to melt in your mouth, they come together into one juicy shade that you will really like. A light traditional chicken salad with mushrooms will be any addition to any celebration or holiday, and it takes very little time to prepare, about 5 minutes, if you boil the chicken in advance. Other options without mushrooms will be discussed below in the article, because not everyone likes mushrooms.

Interesting! It turns out this option is called “Jewish”, yeah... but I didn’t even know.

We will need:

  • egg - 3 pcs.
  • cheese - 240 g
  • canned champignons - 240 g
  • boiled chicken meat - 350 g
  • mayonnaise - 80-100 g
  • green onions (or onions - 1 pc.) - 10 pcs.
  • salt and pepper to taste


Cooking method:

1. Cut all ingredients in your usual way. It is best to chop chicken into small cubes. By the way, don’t grate the cheese, but cut it into cubes, you can’t imagine how delicious it is. Everything usually rubs, try not to rub, but to cut. Canned or pickled mushrooms, if you don’t have them cut, chop them with a knife into thin slices like in this picture. Well, that’s how quickly and almost everything is ready.


2. All that remains is to season with mayonnaise, you can use sour cream or yogurt. Next, add salt.


3. Stir the dish. Finely chop the onion and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly, place in any serving bowl and serve. You should achieve beauty and truly deliciousness!


You can add more nuts (100 g) to this dish, just grind them in a blender and add to a bowl.

Recipe for a delicious salad with chicken, pineapple and cheese

Well, this is an option, it seems to me that absolutely all of Russia knows, it is done especially on New Year’s Eve, or for example on March 8th. I classify it as one of the fastest, most successful and most delicious proven recipes for any special occasion. What is your opinion about him?

Interesting! To make it beautiful, I put it in tartlets! Imagine how great it looks, and besides, it is very convenient for guests. How do you decorate?

We will need:

  • chicken fillet – 400 g
  • canned pineapples - 400 g or 1 can
  • cheese - 140 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • walnuts – 60 g
  • chicken egg - 4 pcs.
  • salt and pepper, herbs to taste
  • mayonnaise
  • tartlets

Cooking method:

1. Cut all the ingredients into even cubes, these are boiled eggs, boiled chicken meat and pineapples. Perhaps the pineapples in the store-bought jar are already cut this way, which means it’s even better, you’ll have to work less with a knife.


2. It is best to choose hard cheese; grate it on a fine or coarse grater as desired. Chop the nuts into pieces with a kitchen knife. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.


3. Mix everything well and distribute evenly among the tartlets. This is what happened, all the eyes can look at this magical miracle. Garnish with parsley or dill, whatever you have on hand, or whatever you like best.


You can make the same products a little differently, i.e. without tartlets, and layer the same version with chicken and pineapples.

In my family, corn salads will always remain in first place, since corn is very healthy, but also very tasty, and all dishes made from it turn out sweet and interesting. Well, adding chicken, of course, makes this invention even more tender.

We will need:

  • smoked leg - 1 pc.
  • chicken egg - 4 pcs.
  • fresh cucumber - 4 pcs.
  • canned corn - 1 can
  • mayonnaise and salt

Cooking method:

1. Cut the smoked chicken meat into long strips and place at the very bottom of a bowl or oval dish, brush with a mesh of mayonnaise. Take fresh young cucumbers and rinse thoroughly in running water, remove the skin with pimples from them with a knife. Chop them into long pieces too, you can grate them on a coarse grater. Sprinkle over chicken. Apply a mesh of mayonnaise to the cucumbers.

This option has a name, some say “Marseille”, others “Lady’s whim”, I think that it doesn’t matter what the name is, the main thing is that it is nutritious and all the products combine well with each other. This type can be prepared every day and on holidays.

We will need:

  • Chicken fillet – 600 g
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Chicken eggs - 6 pcs
  • Prunes – 100 g
  • Korean carrots – 400 g
  • Walnuts -40 g
  • Mayonnaise - 100 g
  • Garlic, allspice, salt, herbs - to taste

Cooking method:

1. Boil chicken fillet and eggs and cool. Next, cut the chicken into cubes. And separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs. Separately, grate the whites, then the yolks, and then the cheese. Add finely chopped garlic to mayonnaise. Wash the prunes well, pour boiling water over them, and chop into pieces.


2. Wash the walnuts well under running water and dry them with paper napkins. Place them in a blender bowl and grind. Next, mix it with prepared Korean carrots.


3. Now start placing all the prepared ingredients on a plate. The first layer is chopped prunes - mayonnaise - chicken meat - mayonnaise - carrots with nuts - mayonnaise - grated cheese and mayonnaise - grated egg whites and mayonnaise.


4. The very last layer is the yolks, sprinkle them all over the entire dish along the entire perimeter and surface, garnish with parsley. Place in the refrigerator for an hour, and then serve in a good mood. Wow, it turned out beautiful.

We will need:

  • apple - 1 pc.
  • chicken meat - 200 g
  • pineapple – 200 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • cheese - 150 g
  • mayonnaise to taste

Cooking method:

1. To make it unique, take bowls and grease the bottom of each with mayonnaise, then lay out a layer of diced apples, you can sprinkle them with a little lemon juice if they are very sweet.


2. The next layer is chicken cubes, then a mayonnaise mesh.

3. Sprinkle with chopped onions and garlic, brush with mayonnaise again.

4. Then pineapple pieces and, accordingly, mayonnaise.

I made this option for the New Year, so it is decorated according to the New Year, with candles made from tangerine peels, but you can decorate it to your taste and in your own way, using a little imagination, or surf the Internet. This option is very practical, affordable and easy to prepare.


We will need:

  • Chicken breast - 2 pcs. (about 600 gr.)
  • Fresh cucumbers -4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 400 g
  • Eggs - 6-7 pcs.
  • Prunes - 200 g
  • Apple - 2 pcs.
  • Walnuts and pine nuts - 100 g each
  • Mayonnaise

For decoration:

  • Pomegranate seeds - optional
  • Canned corn
  • Black olives
  • Bell pepper (colored) or tangerine peel
  • Greenery

Cooking method:

1. It is very important to make it in a puff form, so all the ingredients are best soaked. First, boil the chicken and eggs. Rinse cucumbers, prunes and apples well. You can pour boiling water over the prunes and let them stand for 10 minutes to steam.

2. Now start cutting food.

First layer - chopped chicken breast into cubes and mayonnaise

Cooking method:

1. First of all, wash all the vegetables and herbs well. Now cut the cucumbers and tomatoes in any way convenient for you, for example like this, as shown in this picture:


2. It’s best to grate the cheese, although if you cut it into bars or small strips, it won’t be bad either. Cut the bell pepper into strips; don’t forget to remove the seeds. Chop the onion into half rings.


3. Add boiled chicken meat, cut into cubes. Sprinkle with herbs, season with mayonnaise, and salt to taste. Have a pleasant and juicy aroma!

Important! You can season with vegetable oil with a drop of lemon juice for acidity. And to add originality, you can use homemade or store-bought crackers.


Interesting salad with Korean carrots and bell peppers

For true gourmets of spice, I suggest this option with Korean carrots. In principle, all the ingredients in it can be taken by eye; you don’t have to adhere to specific correct proportions.

  • chicken fillet - 400 g
  • Bulgarian pepper- 2 pcs
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • carrots in Korean— 400 g

We will need:

  • Chicken breast - 300 g.
  • Canned mushrooms – 150 g.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Walnuts - 25 g.
  • Canned beans - 1 bank
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 50 g.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt

Cooking method:

1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender. Cool, cut into cubes.

Ingredients: 300 grams of chicken fillet, the same amount of Chinese cabbage, one medium-sized bell pepper, two tomatoes, three small pieces of squid, yogurt or sour cream, one apple, lemon juice, salt to taste.

Recipe: Peel the squid, boil in salted water and cut into strips. Boil the fillet in the same way, but cut it into small cubes. We also cut tomatoes, peppers and apples into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash and dry the Chinese cabbage and cut it thinly. Mix all the ingredients, add salt to taste and add sour cream or yogurt. Salad ready.

Ingredients: 100 grams of fillet in any form (boiled or baked), one fresh cucumber, 1 avocado, 1 apple, 3-4 tbsp. yogurt, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 100 grams of spinach.

Recipe: Separate chicken fillet from bones and skin, cut into pieces. Peel the avocado, apple and cucumber. Next, cut the avocado and cucumber into small slices, but it’s better to grate the apple - the salad will be better saturated with juice. At the end of cooking, stir and season with yogurt.

Hawaiian chicken salad

Ingredients: 600 grams of fillet, 250 grams of ham, the same amount of pineapple (it doesn’t matter whether fresh or canned), three stalks of fresh celery, 100 grams of cashew or macadamia nuts (a little exotic), 150 ml of mayonnaise, 60 ml of pineapple juice (you can take syrup if canned pineapple), green onions, 2 tsp. vinegar and 3 tbsp. honey, salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe: Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet, ham and pineapple into cubes. Wash the celery and chop into slices. Also chop the green onions and nuts, mix all the ingredients. For dressing, take mayonnaise, pineapple juice (syrup), honey, vinegar, mix in a separate container and add to the salad. Mix gently again.

Salad with chicken, champignons and celery

Ingredients: 2 stalks of fresh celery, 200 grams of boiled chicken fillet, 200 grams of medium champignons, 2 pickled cucumbers, 50 grams of mayonnaise, a tablespoon of mustard, pepper and salt.

Recipe: Traditionally, cut the chicken into cubes and cut the celery into thin strips. Cut the cucumbers into cubes and the champignons into pieces. Fry the mushrooms in oil and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper. For dressing, take mayonnaise, after mixing it with mustard. At the end, decorate with a sprig of greenery.

Hearty salad with chicken and red beans

Ingredients: 300 grams of chicken fillet, 2 pickled cucumbers, 2 boiled potatoes, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 1 onion, 0.5 cans of canned beans, 50 grams of mayonnaise, herbs (parsley), pepper and salt.

Recipe: Cut the meat, eggs, cucumbers and potatoes into cubes, and the onion into half rings. Drain the brine from the beans and mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise. Place in portions and garnish with parsley.

Chicken and orange salad

Ingredients: 200 grams of boiled chicken breast, 1 fresh cucumber, 1 bunch of lettuce, 1 orange, green onion, 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, 3 tbsp. olive oil, garlic clove, 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 tsp. mustard (preferably Dijon), 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe: Cut the chicken and cucumber into cubes, peel the orange, remove the film and cut into pieces. Chop the green onions, rinse the salad and tear into pieces. For dressing, mix olive oil with soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard and garlic squeezed through a press. Season all ingredients with this sauce and mix well. At the end of cooking, add sesame seeds, previously fried in a frying pan.

Chicken and cauliflower salad

Ingredients: 300 grams of boiled fillet, 5 cherry tomatoes, 100 grams of Parmesan cheese, 200 grams of cauliflower, 1 clove of garlic, 50 grams of sour cream and the same amount of mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Recipe: Cut the fillet into small cubes, cut the tomatoes (since they are already small) into 2 parts. Grate the hard cheese on a grater (large), disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, after boiling them in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Pass the garlic through a press, and mix the mayonnaise with sour cream. Mix all ingredients, season with our dressing and add salt/pepper before serving.

Layered salad with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients: 300 grams of boiled chicken, 2 boiled eggs, 200 grams of champignons and the same amount of hard cheese, onions, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 200 grams of mayonnaise.

Recipe: Grate the eggs on a coarse grater and cut the meat into cubes. Wash the champignons, dry and cut into pieces. Also grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the onion and fry with mushrooms until half cooked. Lay out the layers in the following order: chicken (bottom), eggs, mushrooms and onions, cheese (top), coating each layer with mayonnaise. Top with grated egg and onion.

Salad with chicken and tomatoes

Ingredients: 400 grams of boiled fillet, 4 large red tomatoes, 1 large stalk of celery, 100 grams of lettuce, 1 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise and the same amount of yogurt, a small red onion.

Recipe: Cut the tomatoes into 8 slices, but do not cut all the way through (this is important!). Traditionally, cut the fillet into cubes and mix with finely chopped onion and celery. Add yogurt with mayonnaise, salt and mix thoroughly. Divide the chopped lettuce into 4 salad bowls, placing an open tomato in each, and lettuce on top of it.

Salad with grapefruit and chicken

Ingredients: 150 grams of boiled chicken breast, 100 grams of good prunes, one large ripe grapefruit, pine nuts (1-2 teaspoons), mayonnaise and salt.

Recipe: Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Rinse the prunes well in water, pour boiling water over them and leave to steam for 15 minutes. Then cut into large pieces.
