    Culinary tricks

    1. Instead of the flavorings that are put in factory-made cookies, you can add fragrant and warm cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger to yours.

    2. Butter cannot simply be melted in the microwave, as the consistency of the batch and the quality of the baked goods will change. It is first left in a warm place for 2-3 hours to soften, and only then rubbed with sand.

    3. The batter is kneaded by pouring the liquid into the flour. Medium consistency and dense - on the contrary.

In order to prepare cottage cheese cookies without butter and margarine, prepare the necessary ingredients. For your convenience, immediately measure out the amount of ingredients required for the recipe, placing them in separate bowls.

Place the cottage cheese in a separate convenient container.

Add sugar here too. Grind these components using a wooden spatula.

I would like to note that the advantages of wooden kitchen utensils over others mainly lie in the fact that such spatulas do not scratch the dishes and also do not distort the taste of the prepared dishes. However, remember that their service life is not long.

Add an egg to the cottage cheese with sugar.

Mix the above ingredients thoroughly.

Add flour here.

Knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After the specified time, take out the dough and roll it out using a rolling pin on a floured table. When rolling out the dough, try to ensure that the sheet is not too thin, but not too thick. It is convenient to use special cookie cutters for cutting out cookies.

Place future cookies on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until they are golden brown. It will take you about 20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet with the finished cookies from the oven.
