What is included in the Engineering section of a house project? Is it possible to build a house in your company in stages?

We present the 2017 house projects developed by our architectural studio.

The year has just begun, but our team has already prepared several new products for you. As new projects appear, we will publish them in this section our site.

House made of laminated timber in a modern style. It combines all the main trends in modern cottage design and meets the most popular customer requests today: large panoramic windows, roofed terraces and balconies, a stylish combination of colors in the decoration, an “open” layout without cramped inconvenient spaces.

Project M314 - house with pitched roof. Another one modern trend: ridgeless roof. Due to such an unusual roof design, the house looks exceptionally fresh and relevant. Modern style emphasized by the unusual plasticity of the facades and contrasting combined finishing plaster and plank.

Rational and beautiful house from aerated concrete. The simplicity of the lines of the facades is combined with a thoughtful arrangement of windows, including corner glazing. Contrasting colors in decoration they give the appearance additional festiveness. Such a project can rightfully take its place among the most popular projects our catalog thanks to the convenient, modern layout and interesting appearance.

Project M315 - a house in the style of F.L. Wright. The demand for the style of this famous architect continues to increase: perhaps because houses in this style look relevant and fresh, despite the fact that the style cannot be called strictly modern, since it appeared quite a long time ago.

Despite all the trends of our time, classic style everything also remains on the horse: the features of this particular style are clearly visible in the M313 project. The representative mansion has its own design feature: if necessary, it can be adapted for independent living of two families.

The M312 project cannot be called completely new: it is a modification of the M183 project, in comparison with it the garage has been increased to two cars. But this does not change the fact that this project has been among the sales leaders for several years now thanks to optimal layout and beautiful appearance.

These are the homes of architects from Greece, Russia and Japan - an organic hill house in a natural setting, a house on a very steep slope and a breathtaking Japanese minimalist.

The summer residence, located in an olive grove in the southern Peloponnese, is characterized by a green roof in the shape of upsilon, the 20th letter of the Greek alphabet, from which it gets its name. The house effectively mimics a natural hill, merging with the surrounding landscape. Three beams form semi-open courtyard spaces and also organize panoramic views on three sides. The site's remote location, combined with a limited budget and custom geometry, prompted a construction strategy that involved extensive prefabrication and off-site self-assembly, reducing construction time to 7 months without sacrificing quality or going over budget. “We decided to purchase a CNC machine, which allowed for extensive prototyping and manufacturing large quantities various non-standard elements, including concrete formwork, acoustic ceiling, custom window frames, interior furniture and partition systems, as well as landscape and pool shapers,” say the authors of the project.

Due to the fact that this house was conceived as a dialogue between architecture and landscape, the latter was chosen as the starting point for the design. The main facade hides the full potential and scale of the object; its main part is located underground. If you stop near the entrance to the house, it loses its scale - a feeling of a small dynamic volume appears. Inside, there is a real sense of space: a two-story hall, numerous translucent openings that create a general impression of a solid and developed structure of the house. Inner space develops along two elongated volumes. The main part of the house opens down the slope into the garden and is a well-thought-out space-planning structure, which is designed to ensure comfortable and high-quality living big family. The forest environment typical of the north and closeness to nature became a hint for the design of the facades - the house was “wrapped” in wooden beams.

This striking minimalist home is built on a roadside lot surrounded by existing homes. The customer’s main wish was to minimize visual contact with neighbors. After exploring numerous options, the architects and the client settled on a triangular plan with a “horn.” Compositionally, it turned out to be a kind of “tunnel”, opening from the north and south. The house stands firmly on the ground, it has a simple and pronounced geometry. One of the sources of inspiration were the works of Haruki Murakami, in early works which dealt with relationships within a closed world, and later novels looked at "openings" that established connections with other worlds. Thus, the house itself has become a kind of frame that frames the landscapes and life around.

We continue to expand our catalog finished projects houses and other buildings for low-rise construction with new works by architects. A significant part of these projects were carried out using the technology of constructing buildings from expanded clay concrete blocks. This is an environmentally friendly material that, for long years operation of buildings constructed from it, has proven itself with the most the best side. All project documentation includes full set working drawings and specifications for the consumption of building materials necessary for the construction of the house frame.
